The website uses anonymous session analytics without advertising cookies to measure page visits, sources, and trial clicks. When you use website support, we also collect the contact and inquiry you choose to provide. We use this data to improve the product and respond; we do not sell personal information.
This notice covers the current website inquiry chain. Processing for a customer deployment is governed by the applicable contract, deployment plan, and data-processing terms.

Anonymous traffic analytics
The site records page paths, referrer domains, UTM parameters, language, trial clicks, and support submissions to evaluate SEO and GEO performance. The session identifier stays in the current tab’s sessionStorage and only its SHA-256 digest is stored on the server. We do not record complete browsing history or use advertising tracking cookies.
Collection and use
The support form includes an optional name, required contact, and inquiry. The system also records the source page, language, submission time, and request IP to route the question, detect repeated abuse, and investigate delivery failures.
Sharing and retention
The license-center backend sends the inquiry to the configured DingTalk robot, so DingTalk processes the message as a notification provider. Records are kept while needed to complete the inquiry, support follow-up, or satisfy necessary security and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
